Hi, I ordered and paid 23.7.2020 for template Riley through 2checkout, received the payment confirmation.
But I did not get any download link and the order shows up to date as Pending.
Please help. I need this template asap.
My apologies for the delay in receiving your purchase. It appears your payment did not register with our system. You should now be able to download your template via your Joomla51 account -> 'Profile -> Template Downloads'.
