Not displaying right on IE

Hi
we bought arkadia template, but i cant make this module position looks right on IE browsers

We have tried on on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc... and the display works fine

our issue is just wirh IE

Modules J51_ImageLinkHover and also J51_ImageHover

We are having an issue with your site timing out. In some cases your site is taking up on 3 minutes to load, other times it simply times out with some CSS files and images not been loaded.
