In I.E. the logo is cut off and there is a weird side bar to the right. It also is longer than the screen making me scroll to the right to see everything.

Thanks

Hello

To extend the width of your logo area try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...
#logo {
width: 950px;
}
Have you since amended the issue regarding the horizontal scrolling as it no long appears to be present?

Ok, the logo works now for i.e. but there is still extra stuff to the right. Also e window is too large and i have to scroll.
Also in ipad nocturn is not resizing the logo and the menu gets reverted to the main menu when in the upright (thin) position. It looks fine when turned to the side (fat) and on the side the correct menu also shows.
If you click on the french link you can see it all works for oxygen.

Hi

We are unable to replicate your issue regarding the horizontal scrolling. We have checked on IE, Chrome and Firefox.

Regarding the logo try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...
h1.logo a {
background-size: 100% auto;
}
Note you will have to crop all the white space from your logo first (http://www.mathmotionmontreal.ca/images/logo.png). If you are using an older browser this may also fix your horizontal scrolling issue.

oh.. that really didn't work. it made my logo very small and left a white background around it and an odd white square in the bottom left corner.

As already stated you must crop your logo image removing the white surrounding your logo. The image you are using for your logo is 1380px * 1040px, a fraction of which is taken up by your logo.

Great. Thanks. I think i just have one problem left. On an Ipad in the thin position the menu is all wrong.
Also if you happen to have handy the cody to swap the logo based on language. If not don't worry. I saw it on one of the forums i'll just have to find it again.

Thanks again.

Hello

Could you detail for me in what way your menu is appearing incorrectly on your ipad?

As you are using a light color for your menu try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters. This will change the text of your mobile menu from white to black.
.js .selectnav {
color: #000000;
}
I understand, but the menu is not the correct menu for the language, it's the original menu that only has one item. It's also not in the correct place, it has moved into a newly created rectangle below where the menu is suppose to be.

Hello

May I suggest sending temp admin access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine why the incorrect menu is been displayed.
