Hey, I've installed the new J4 Grafik template, and have it set to Responsive - but there is NO menu appearing on mobile devices. So the site is rendered inaccessible on mobile. (https://counselinglibrary.org)

I tried turning off "responsive," to see if that would at least give me a non-responsive view of the regular menu (which is what I had to do on my old J3 Grafik site.) But alas, in J4 this strategy doesn't work either. Still no menu of any kind on mobile.

Obviously, a menu is a key item to make a website operable. I see that the demo for Grafik includes a hamburger menu on the mobile view - but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get this crucial item displaying on my site. Please help ASAP! :o

-------------------

2 other smaller but also important remaining issues on this site, that I also need your help with:

SEARCH BOX PLACEMENT: I finally got the search visible and working again in the site - but not in the style displaying on the demo, which I prefer. The biggest problem I currently have is - on mobile, the search box (which is essential for my site) covers up almost the entire header area, making the site title unreadable.

I would like the search module to display with the style and colors showing in the Grafik demo (saying "Search..." once, not twice - just showing the magnifying glass in the box to the right, not the word "Search" again. Also, in the style and colors displayed on your demo - the dark blue under the header.

------------------------

VERTICAL ALIGNMENT OF SITE TITLE: I would also like to have the title vertically aligned/centered with the Hornav menu, rather than pushed lower than the menu. Is there some custom code or other setting that can achieve that? (You provided that for my old J3 Grafik site, but it was lost with the J4 upgrade)

PS - If you reference https://morninglightpublishing.org - on the top right of the table there, you can see a screenshot of the top of my old Joomla 3 site in Grafik - the title vertical alignment and search box style/placement are how I'd like my new J4 version to display also.

---------------------------

I sent an earlier instance of this question 3 days ago, attached to the prior color issue (since I'd emailed you the site login for that) but with no response so far.

Looking forward to getting these last few items fixed, with your guidance. I waited a long time for Grafik J4, and paid for a full year of membership. Please help.

Thanks - Carrie Wrigley

9 days now without a response on this issue. I was getting concerned that maybe you got sick or something - but I see you have responded to others' questions in the Forum over recent days - yet these issues I'm having with Grafik continue to go unanswered - though I've posted several times in the Forum about this, and also emailed you direclty about it.

If you are unable to provide support to resolve this issue, then please refund the year membership I bought, as I cannot continue using a template without a functioning menu on mobile.

I have been a Joomla51 customer for about a decade now, and for years appreciated the top-quality templates and the great customer support I enjoyed previously. So the non-response on this issue, in the transition to J4, has been very distressing.

Don't know if this mobile menu issue is just on Grafik, or is on all your J4 templates. The demo on Grafik and the others display functioning hamburger menus on mobile - but this does not appear on my stite - plus the two smaller display problems described previously. Please advise.
