No lightbox in the thumbgallary, but a new page

I am using Polaris. My husband (read client) wants it to work similar as the demo, so I gave j51thumbsgallery the position in sidecol-b. When clicking on any of the images, they open in a new page. They do not open as a lightbox. This is only at the home page. On the other pages it works fine.

I uninstalled the j51thumbsgallery that came with the package and reinstalled it. It still doesn't work.
Please help. (This is my first page I made, also the first time I use Joomla)

This issue is most commonly caused by a conflict with another Joomla extension on your site. May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. I don't know if you solved something, but on the site and the tablet it works fine now!
But on the Phone it don't work. There still opens a new page when you click on the thumgallery. And that happens on every page you click on.

Sorry to say this is correct for this extension when viewed on a mobile device as the lightbox for the gallery is not suitable for smaller screen devices.
