Nina Template - Issue with Multiple copies

I have duplicated Nina template and changed the article background to a different colour than the default one. I assigned the duplicate to the menu item and all sub menus named Resources, and although i cleared my cache nothing is showing but the default version.

To test I assigned the Contact menu to the Cassiopedia template and that works fine.

Please advise
