Hi,
I've bought Nina J4. I am on Joomla 4.4.3.

I tried to add a layerSlideshow module as a banner to my website, with 3 images. It doesn't display correctly - images display as a stack - one after another, sometimes cut-off - depending on the height vs width of the browser window. The transition controls do not work. See the images attached.

There are 2 related errors in the Console.

See attachments.

The server is on PHP 8.1, but I tried with anything between 7.2 and 8.3. I tried with Firefox and Chrome.

What can be done about it?

Thank you Juliusz

Could I ask you to allow us access to your extensions manager so we can update your LayerSlideshow module.

Hi Ciaran,

I have changed the permissions - you should be able to see System menu and Manage Extensions in there.

Please let me know if you have all the access required now.

Kind Regards,
Juliusz

Unfortunately we are still unable to install updates to your Joomla installation...

An error has occurred.
403 You don't have permission to access this. Please contact a website administrator if this is incorrect.

Could I ask you to try installing the attached update and see if this resolves the issue. Please also install the latest download of the Nina template to ensure your template overrides for the slideshow module is up to date.

Hi Ciaran,

Thanks for your reply.

I installed the updated module and I can confirm the slide show works now.

Thanks for sorting this out.

Kind Regards,
Juliusz
