News Module - same size for all images

Hello,

I use the News Module but would like to have all images in the same size without to resize them all manually.

Is there a way to crop all images within the News Module?

Would you have a URL to an example of your module? It may be possible to crop the display of your images however the image themselves will not be cropped.
