New template purchase - when is it available to use?

Hi, I seem to remember, when I've purchased templates from you in the past, that they're available to download pretty much immediately. I've just purchased your Serenity template and it's not showing in my downloads, but it is in the purchase history and is shown as "pending". Can you update me? Thanks
