Need to remove header information on a page.

Need to know how to remove the following from each of my pages (at the top of each page). I am using Joomla 2.5. I tired to remove in the article pages under article options without success.

Try disabling these details from within each menu items parameters (Menus -> [YourMenu] -> [YourMenuItem] -> Article Options).
