Nadia template / creating new menu problem

For some reason when creating a 'new menu item' - I am greeted with this problem (see attached). I cannot select either a 'menu type' or link to an 'article' as I have no option to do so. My question is - is this a template issue or a Joomla issue. Other sites on our server have no problems (all Joomla 3).

This website was created some years back and kept up to date. We will move to Joomla 4 later this year.

Hi John

As this issue is in your admin it is unfortunately most likely a Joomla issue. However, to confirm this, could you try enabling one of the default Joomla templates (Protostar) and see if the issue still exists?

Hi Ciaran,

Thank you for your swift response. Using the Joomla default template does not resolve the issue (also installing the 2019 version of Nadia did not resolve it either)

Would you suggest a re-install from a back up? Have you ever encountered this issue in the past?

Hi John

Before you go there maybe try disabling any 3rd party plugins as these may affect your administration.
