Hello,

I'm using mod_j51icons on my new website http://www.mairie-rochegude.fr/

- The icons seem to come well in Chrome but not always in IE nor Firefox - any idea ?
- A question from some visitors is that the icons are not meaningful by themselves and there should be a way to put a word or two below the icons to tell what it means/links to. There are already "Icon alt text" configured for the ones on the site but these texts do not come on screen - any idea ?

Thanks in advance,
-michel

Hi again, actually I just did like explained by Ciaran in several past posts "loading FontAwesome from a CDN by adding ... to the Custom Code field" and it seems to do the trick for icons to appear with every browser.

So the remaining issue is to get quick description text/word on top or beside each icon !?

Hi Michel

Thank you for the update on your query.

Please find attached the most recent version of our icons module which has an option to include text/title to each icon.

Hi Ciaran,

Thanks Ciaran for the new module version, which brings the text capability.

But I have a problem now ... I need your help : even with the CDN font loading in custom code, I don't get icons at all on the page ! Is there some special setup to do for this ?

Maybe icon codes have changed ? I am using mobile/mail/chat/location -- btw "select icon" does not bring a list

Cheers,
-michel

Hi Michel

This version of the icons module now uses Font Awesome. Simply add the Font Awesome class name from the following URL... http://fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/cheatsheet/

Eg.
fa-coffee
