Mobile Menu With Dropdown Issue

I can't click the parent menu item that has child menu items in all mobile device.
I can't click the submenu items but not the parent menu.
This is for habittat template.
any idea how to fix it?
The url is just like the demo.

Hello

As there is no hover state on mobile devices, non linking text separators are used for demo parent items containing sub menu items.
