menu tab titles end w/bullet

For some reason all my menu tab titles now end with a bullet point li. Not sure what caused this, any insight would be appreciated.

Have you since been able to resolve this issue? We are unable to replicate the issue with your top menu in Firefox and Chrome.

Greetings,

After submitting the question, I decided to start deleting extensions I had added in the last week or so. NextGen and Ark Editors were the two I deleted and the bullets went away.
