Maya: Slogan text not visible

Hi

I did enter a slogan text, but it is not visible in the frontend. I even did check the source code, but no slogan text there.

How can I add a slogan text?

Hi Patrick

By default the slogan text will only appear if the Logo image option is disabled. Is this the case that you want the slogan to appear below a logo image?

Hi Ciarán

I have the website on localhost, not online yet.

Anyway, hacking core files of the template will result in losing the changes on next template update.

Nevertheless, I have done so (please see attached file).
Maybe you want review my changes and add them to the Maya template? :)

Thank you for sharing your solution. We have updated our Maya template to allow the display of both a logo image and slogan text as suggested.
