Magnolia Top-2x background color

Hi,

This is for Template Magnolia. I am trying to add profile images at position top_2a, top_2b and so on. I have used the template module override option to change position background it works, but I getting border color as blue. How do I set top_2x module position to white instead of blue?

I have another question. How do I change the focus bar color of the menu that is indicated by arrow in the attached image?
