Good day,

I have the template Grafik.

I have a problem with a Countdown Module from Yagendoo - Power Countdown, clock & timer. It isn't showing the counter and the support from Yagendoo have suggested the following.

" the file jquery.min.js has to be loaded before the files of the Power Countdown module, but in your Joomla! template this is not the case. Therefore you receive a JS error on your website.

Please ask your template provider why jQuery is not loaded first and whether they can change it for you. The order should be:

1) jquery.min.js
2) bootstrap.min.js
3) All other JS files "

Is someone able to guide me in changing whatever I need to change to make my current, Grafik, template to work with the countdown module?

I've tried adding JHtml::_('jquery.framework'); to the top of a bunch of files in the template but doesn't seem to make a difference.

Anyone's help would be much appreciated.

Hi Ciaran,

Thank you for your reply and trouble. It seems the extension wasn't displaying because I had the menu Item set to Registered users only and had multiple modules trying to display on that page. I didn't think of trying to set it to Public. I obviously had something conflicting in the way I set it up. Apologies for not figuring it out for myself.

Many Thanks,
Alan
