You should now be able to obtain your template by logging in to your Joomla51 account and clicking 'My Downloads',
You appear to have 2 accounts with Joomla51. The order was placed with the 'Sismika' account. I have included your purchase with the account this forum post was made with (sismika666) so your Artisan template should be now available to both accounts.
