Lifestyle Template - change slider position?

Hi, I just bought the Lifestyle Template and on the index page I would like the slider to move up a little, so people can see it. How can I make this happen? Thanks so much!

Hi sorry I was moving house in between... no I don't have a link yet. I just installed the example LIFE template as it is and I would like to move the slider up on the first page. THANKS!

Hello

In template style for your homepage (Extensions -> Template Manager -> J51_LifeStyle - Homepage) navigate to the 'Styling' tab and try reducing the value in the 'Header Vertical Spacing' field.
