Hey Ciaran,

Client called me to say that her mobile menu is having an issue, and she found out about it from several of her clients who found the issue when she sent out marketing campaign emails and they were using the mobile site.

The issue is when you click the mobile menu and it opens, the menu items that have drop downs have an arrow next to them, which is great. When you click on the arrow next to a menu item that has drop-downs, the mobile menu closes (which is weird) instead of showing the menu items in the drop downs. Then, when you click the hamburger menu icon again to open the mobile menu, it then shows what the drop down items are without the main menu items, just what's under that main menu item. This makes no sense and is not user-friendly, as nobody will know to click on the hamburger menu (the three lines) to see the drop-down menu items. How can we fix this as my client is waiting to send out another 500 marketing emails for their campaign?

Kindest Regards,
JT

That's good to know, but I am sure her clients who are opening her marketing emails and going to the site on mobile devices have a mix of different devices and browsers they are using.

Hi JT

I have tested your site on a Samsung S21 with Chrome, Firefox and Samsung, also Safari on iPhone 13 and I have been unable to replicate any issues. Could you please detail the device where the issue is present?
