Layla 4 caption box does not show on mobie devices

I have a showcase installed with a caption box with information. The box appears on my computer, but not on my mobile devices.
How to have that box made visible on all devices? Question of mobile settings?

In the Responsive Settings tab of your module settings, set each breakpoint to 0.
