Layerslideshow in Ensley template shows images under ech other - not sliding

I bought this template mainly for its inbuild slideshow module and now that im adding images in the layerslideshow admin interface, they are showing one under the other on my homepage... instead of slideshow i have all the added images showing at once under each other... what am i doing wrong?
