Hello,

We have recently purchased a copy of the Kodaline Template and it was working great, until we swapped out the device image.

It now appears as though the image placement is breaking with the new file. I have made sure that the new image is the same height as the old cellphone image that was used on the demo content.

I have attached a screen shot of the error. Might you have any ideas what might be causing this issue? The site is located at http://www.staging.gpsymphony.ca/

Hello

Have you since resolved this issue? We appear to be unable to replicate your screenshot.

Hello Ciarán,

I have tried looking ta the site in a few different browsers and it seems to be happening in Chrome and Opera.

The site formatting breaks on initial load, if you refresh the page, the layout snaps back to the correct layout. I have just checked it again this morning and the issue is still happening.

Might you have any idea as to what might be going on?

Thank you!

Thank you

I see the issue now. To resolve try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...

.home_page #container_header {
height: 824px !important;
}

Thank you Ciarán, that worked!

However, I am having issues getting edited css to apply from the custom css file. I have activated the custom css option in the template. For whatever reason, custom css will apply from the template, but the custom.css file isnt applying to the site.

Might you have an idea as to why this may be happening?

Thank you again for your assistance!
