Hi Ciaran,

I can't find the social media icons on the Kindle template. Can't find them on the demo server as well. In the template, the toggle switch is not visible. Any idea on how to make them visible? I'm using Joomla 3.2.0

Best regards,
Marien

Ah, I found it, it was a white face book F on a white background. :P
Can those icon colours be changed?

Hi Marien

There is a dark option of the social icons available. To enable tyy adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...

#socialmedia ul li a {
background-position: 0px 0px !important;
}

Thanks ! That works, although the icon still does not stand out against my background, so Im not sure people will notice it. Is there a way to improve visibility? Maybe a colour or an edge?

One option would be to add a white square bebind your icon. To do this try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...

#socialmedia ul li a {
background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.75);
}

I changed it back to a white char and used the RGB colour of the header to make a darker background. It does not light up anymore when hovered by the mouse, but this way better !

Thanks again for the support
