Juliet using J51 ImageHover Module

I am using the Image Hover module that comes with Juliet to create a gallery module in position 1a. Even though I updated both the template and Image Hover Module, I still cannot get it to link to a new page. The link url I am using is an internal link to an article.

The link works but always shows the article right beneath the image. I am still designing on a WAMP server, so I don't have a url to show you. I am using Joomla 3.9.6, with php 7.2.14

I saw another question on this forum where the Image Hover worked the way I want. The url was https://housingpreservationinc.com/ and it was posted on March 29.2019 by cjmicro.

Hello

I am not sure if I understand you correctly. You wish to link to an article however you don't want the module to be displayed on the page of the article?

Sorry Ciaran. I did not make myself clear. What I want is for the article to open on a new page -- not on the home page below the original image. See the screenshots I've attached. The site I referenced in my first post seems to open in a new page. Now that I look more closely at the reference site, it might be going to an external url, not an article.

Hello Ciaran,
I think I answered my own question. I'm going to use a hidden menu as the link. Now it works fine. Thank you and sorry to bother you. Now my only issue seems to be getting the link to be responsive. When I test it on Firefox responsive tool, it comes up full screen.
