jquery problem, J51 - Substance template

Hi,
Please help! I use a J51 - Substance template and when I activate a jquery extension or use some jquery functionality on my home page ( for example fade in- fade out text in a module). For some reason jquery functionality automatically changes my css style in main menu subcategories on the home page (properties:font, size, color).

Hi Vedran

What version of Joomla are you using? Presuming you are using Joomla 3.x there is no need to load jQuery as it is loaded by the CMS.
