Does anyone know how to get rid of the shadow under the text, and how do you make the links bigger?

Try adding the following to the end of your templates template.css (../templates/j51_ultralite/css/template.css)..

[code type=css]body (text-shadow: none !important;}
a:link, a:visited {font-size:14px;}[/code]
Where 14px is your new link size.

On a side note I would suggest adding moomenu to the Menu Tag ID field of the menu module in the hornav module position. This just give your menu a more animated dropdown transistion.
