Hi Ciaran,

I've come across an issue with the thumbs gallery on a client's site. When I click the image to enlarge, a dark overlay covers the whole screen. I'm wondering if there's a compatibility issue after an update or if I've done something to cause the problem. [a short video is supplied that shows the problem]

I have the gallery on all the sub pages under the Fleet menu item... Large Jets, Mid Jets, Super Mid Jets, etc. This page represents the issue on all pages... http://www.flyubj.com/index.php/large-jets

There's another piece of this puzzle may or may not be related.

Yesterday, I was on chat with HostGator tech support working on a display issue. The tech advised me to disable all plugins and modules to see if it would correct a problem I was having with display. I had altered the index page by commenting out an image and line of text (no php or scripts - just straight a href tag, img, and text). Simple, right? When I uploaded the page, it would only render a blank white page. [the attached file illustrates the edit I made to the index.php file]

While the tech was troubleshooting, I updated to 3.2.4 and it fixed the display issue. Today, I updated again to 3.3.3. I'm not sure when the trouble with the thumbs module began or if it has anything to do with the updates.

My question.... Is there any reason why updating would make the J51_thumbs_gallery incompatible or make it so I should re-install it again?

Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks... Dianne

Hi Dianne

Updating your ThumbsGallery to the latest version should amend this issue for you. To update simply install the following dropbox file via your extensions manager...
