J51 Thumbs Gallery - Alt Tags for Images

Hi Guys,

I'm working on a trying to get my page images to show up when I link a page on Facebook. Apparently, the images have to have an alt tag to show up as choices for a post.

I'm not aware of a way to insert these alt tags for images used in the J51 Thumbs Gallery which are all stored in a directory. Am I missing the place to put the tags or is it not possible?

Hi Dianne

By default the Thumbs Gallery modules will add the file name of each image to the alt tag of that image in the gallery. So for example if an image was called myimage.jpg, the alt tag will be 'myimage'.
