J51 templates renovate&virtuoso issue with Chrome

Hello

I have an issue using J51 templates with joomla 3.2.3 using Chrome on my website, the template begin to load then stops. No menu appears,
If you choose a menu item, then it refreshs and works correctly

tried with renovate and virtuoso : same issue

This appears only with Chrome, Ok with IE and Firefox.
as soon as I try to refresh the browser with <Ctrl> F5, I get the same issue whatever the computer from which I'm loading the website
tried also to clean joomla cache, same issue !

could you try and help ?

Have you since amended this issue as your site appears to be now loading correctly (Chrome)?

Hello,

I did nothing,
I try again and get the same issue
if you refresh (F5 or <ctrl>F5) the first page doesn't appear properly, menu is missing
then if you select one menu item, it works properly

I've cleared the joomla cache, nothing better... don't understand
did you try many <Ctrl>F5 ?

Sorry to say we are still unable to replicate this issue. May I ask are you having the same issue if you select a web safe font throughout your templates parameters (Arial)?

I've change the font to Arial, it works now.
Could you explain ?

Nevertheless thank you for this solution, will try to do other tests now

I suspect the issue is related to your browser not loading the font from Google and then somehow been stopped from loading the rest of your site. Have you noticed any Javascript errors in the console when this issue occurs?

I had the exact same issue.
I changed the fonts to Arial and the issue was resolved.
