Hi navigo

To start adding the following to the CUstom CSS field within your templates parameters will remove the bullets..
#base .module ul a, #base .module_menu ul a {background:none;}
The following will remove the indents and menu item padding...
#base .module ul li li a, #base .module_menu ul li li a {padding: 0px 25px;}
Module widths can be set via your templates paramters. You may need to place a blank module (Custom HTML) between your menu items and social icons.
