After installing J51_skylar I see a massage saying "Change found" I don't know what to do with it. See the attached file. Override(s) to check!
Installed on Joomla 4.1.4
Is this issue present after updating your template from the Joomla 3 to Joomla 4 version? If yes then try deleting your templates html folder (../templates/j51_skylar/html/) and re-installing your template. If not then these changed files will not be an issue and be cleared via the 'Updated Files' tab.
