J51 - Nocturne Problem

The J51 - Nocturne template is wonderful to work with but I am having a small problem. If I put any modules into the contentbottom sections the footer expands and covers the bottom of the content section. For example http://atomicturtle.org has the footer overlaying the bottom of the content but http://atomicturtle.org/index.php/about does not. The difference is that the index page has modules in the contentbottom positions and About does not. All other settings are the same for both pages. This is consistent throughout the site. Everything works fine until something is put into the contentbottom positions.

Our own fault as a misplaced closing div was in the templates main.php. Removing this </div> resolved the issue.
