J51_Letterpress; javascript error on dropdown.js

I have installed the template and added a menu.
On the home page/main page/first page... the menu works with animation and the changed styles.
On a subpage the menu doesn't animate and the style is not correct.

In my console log I see the following error:

Ok, so I got it working now but this needs to be addressed in the actual template.

The mod_j51slideshow needs jQuery, when this is loaded it interfears with the MooTools in dropdown.js.
I have now rewritten the dropdown.js and replaced the calls to $ with document.id
