J51_Kinvara: Search causing "Call to a member function get() on null"

Hi Ciaran

the website mentionned below is displaying an error "Call to a member function get() on null" as soon as you enter any search term. The template is
J51_Kinvara. If I switch to Protostar, the search works all right. So there seems to be a connection to the template.
