Hi Ciaran

I am using J51_Kaylee on one of my websites. This is ok so far.
In the backend I opened the template manager and created a copy of J51_Kaylee. Then I assigned this template copy to a couple of menu items. When I open one of these menu items in the frontend, I am getting this error message
0 - Class 'J51\Helper\BlockHelper' not found

I did not make any changes to the copy of the template yet.

Thank you and kind regards
Chris

Hi Chris

Thank you Chris

I notice you have a second copy of the template based on a slightly older version (1.0.4). Have you a particular reason for this?

Hi Ciaran

it's been a while when I bought J51_Kaylee. I was not aware that there is a newer version. But apart from this:
- When I select «J51_kaylee» as default for all pages, there is no error (although it might be a slightly older version).
- When I create a 100% copy of «J51_kaylee» (without changing anthing) there is an error
0 - Class 'J51\Helper\BlockHelper' not found

Kind regards
Chris

Hi Chris

I have created a new copy of your template which appears to be working without any issues. Possible reasons for this...

1. Using the most update to date version of the template to copy from resolves the issue.

2. Some servers may have an issue with your copied template name (j51_kaylee_rsamden.ch). In particular the use of a dot in the name.

Thank you Ciaran. I will try to keep in mind that dots in some cases could cause problems.
