Hello,

I have integrated Usercentrics on this page: welsch-beuerfeld.de.

Strangely, the text I see is "Annehmen/Leugnen" instead of "Akzeptieren/Ablehnen". Somehow this looks like a translation from English. What could be the reason? Two other pages (with J51-Templates) are displayed correctly.

Thanks and greetings

Jochen

just guessing it could be a language override.
Have a look under J4: System -> Language override
whether there is something stored in German. as in my picture as an example

OK, then it can only come from the Usercentrics extension. (I don't know these)
I would not have known that the J51 templates have anything to do with the German language. They're all only taught in English. As a result, these special words cannot come from the template after all

usercentrics is not an extension, just a code snippet in the header of the page. On 3 pages is it correct, on 2 it is not. all 5 are made with jommla51 templates. whereby the header of the templates differs. I think it's a language setting in the header. maybe does ciaran have a solution. thanks

Hello

Is this text still available on your page? I am currently able to locate it (https://welsch-beuerfeld.de/).

Hi,
there is still "Annehmen/Leugnen" instead of "Akzeptieren/Ablehnen".

Hello

I have searched your homepage for both "Annehmen/Leugnen" and "Akzeptieren/Ablehnen" and I found no results for either. Could you please indicate this text in a screenshot?

Thank you eumel7 :)

Forrest Gump May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.
