If side column modules are present and I wish them to be displayed on the responsive design, they are displayed before the main content of the page. Can you please explain how I can get them to appear after the main content of the page?

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {

    #main {

        display: flex;

        flex-direction: column;

    }

    .sidecol_a, .sidecol_b {

        order: 1;

    }

}
