J51 Grid Gallery and J51 Enterprise template

Good morning
I've installed Enterprise template and Grid Gallery module too and everything's perfect.
Now my question is if I can order text from the Image Caption Text. just to show a new paragraph after one phrase is ending with a full stop. Right now text lines showing one followed by the next and so on, without any space.
