Hi, this is the URL

http://fosim.net/index.php/sindicatos

You can see, the line just fixed from 90px to the wide of my template 1180px with the code on custom css at template:

hr {
height: 1px;
max-width: 1180px;
margin: 10px auto 10px;
background-color: transparent;
border-top: 1px solid #999;
border-top: 1px solid var(--primary);
}

But is not possible to get wide 100% automatic when I change my template settings to wide 1000 for example?

Hello

To amend try changing your CSS to the following...

hr {
height: 1px;
width: 100%;
margin: 10px auto 10px;
background-color: transparent;
border-top: 1px solid var(--primary);
max-width: none;
}
