Hello , Im getting google fonts error that makes my site "Not secure"

I tried replacing

href="//http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=<;?php echo str_replace(" ","+",$body_fontstyle) ?>"

with all lines in styles.php
but no success. What is to be done?

EDIT: I dont know why the forum prints the "http" in front of that code but I assure you it's not in the actual code.

EDIT2: It worked, when I restarted my browser.
