J4 Nina template - menu drop down arrows missing

On several web sites using this template, there are no arrows that indicate that there is a drop down menu. I thought I saw them on an earlier version of Nina? I'm using the latest version 1.1.11 as of October 2022 and running PHP 8.1 Here is one site: https://www.cobourginternet.ca/
Update
I think this changed when I updated Joomla to 4.2.9. In case Nina 1.1.11 was changed, I used the latest download available - no change. I previously asked about making the arrow/caret more visible so I know the original sites showed the arrows/carets. I've tried everything I can think of - HELP!

Hi,
I have the same problem. Any solution? The arrows show up in mobile view, but not on desktops.

This post is referring to the hornav dropdown indicators which appear to display without issue in the URL you have provided.
