In the attached screenshots, NINA does not show a user icon wheres Cassiopeia does. If the user icon is clicked, cassiopeia works. NINA does nothing.
The extension in use is Event Booking by Joom Donation.

Hi Ciaran,
Thanks for authorizing my posts. http://dev.diamondvalleybwc.org.au/members-events/my-lists/bookings.html You will need to login as MAdams password gordon and when you are at the Manage Registrants screen, select any event and then click NEW to get to the Edit Registrant screen.
Let me know if you need a super user access.
Regards,
Noel.
PS: Just noticed another issue. If you go to http://dev.diamondvalleybwc.org.au/members-information/members-list-2.html , the members list is over 2 pages. If you click on page 2 (at bottom) it moves to the top of page 1. You can never see page 2.

Thank you

I am unable to locate a 'Manage Registrants' in your menu items. Would you have a URL directly to the page in question?

What component are your members list? Is this issue present when using the default Joomla template?

Hi Ciaran,
The Manage Registrants is the name of the page reached via menu by Events - MY LISTS - BOOKINGS. You have to be logged in as MAdams. I have attached a screenshot of the dropdown menu. The page 2 issue works with the default template but not NINA. The members list is accessed from MEMBERS INFORMATION - MEMBERS LIST.
Regards,
Noel.

Hi Ciaran,
I am at a loss to know why you cannot login. I have asked the person who manages our server and will get back to you when I get a reply. Thanks for trying.

Noel.

Hi Ciaran,
Our server manager has had this problem in J3 which is often fixed by refreshing the browser. He has no experience with J4.
Since the latest NINA update the user icon now appears but when clicked nothing happens. I have attached the browser html code which may help.
Regards,
Noel.

Hi Ciaran,
The latest Nina with Bootstrap 5 has fixed all the layout issues. The screenshot shows the Edit Registrant screen which now looks good. The only issue remaining is that clicking the User icon does not do anything. It should display a list of members as in my first post (cassiopea version).
Regards,
Noel.
