Hello,
I'm absolutely loving the J4 Layla template.
I have a random bug that only appears in a menu ofJ4 Layla Template when the menu items is constructed of 'category / subcategory / article' is displayed

I can open the individual pages in the menu, but the display flitches and flashes between the sub categories that do not have articles to display and those that do.

  • I have removed the sub-article and recreated them, in case there was corruption.
  • I have removed the categories and recreated, in case there was corruption

Issue:
I'm still getting the random flashing under a sub category title, that seems to be 'triggered by the presence of articles'
I can remove the flashing when I remove the articles from the menu display

What do you suggest please?
Kind regards
Drew

Hi Drew

Thank you for reporting this issue.

I have just created an update to the Layla template. Updating your template to this latest download should resolve this issue for you. For details on updating your template may I suggest the following article.. https://joomla51.com/tutorials/joomla-basics/updating-your-joomla-template

If the issue persists after updating, may I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

Thank you Drew

I just reinstalled your template and did a full cache clear and your menu appears to function correctly (tested in both Chrome and FireFox).
