issues with mobile on Ashley

Having an issue with Ashley. When i use my phone and with my clients phone using chrome, samsung browser, and opera mobile i cant tap on links in a joomla article list. I can tap on things with the old template that is still installed on the site just not the one i'm working with for a new section on the site. You cant see it till you are logged into the site.
