J51_Ensley_J4 - Suddenly I cannot change any parameter of the template, such as LOGO text, Copyright Info, etc., I get always the message:

"The form cannot be submitted as it's missing required data.
Please correct the marked fields and try again."

No missing data are shown, how should I correct it?

Note that this can happen if any of your image fields is linked to an image that does not exist.

Hi Ciaran,

I cannot send you temporary administration access to my Joomla installation, because I'm testing it on my own PC (XAMPP for Windows) before getting online with the template to be sure it works... and it doesn't, unfortunately.

All the images contained in the web site exist in the Content Media menu. And I tested it with the template J51_Amelia_J4 which works perfectly.

I did take a look right now before answering to you and that's what I can confirm. So please what shall I do?

Hello

Could you try checking each tab of your template settings for any invalid field entries. I believe it should be indicated by a red border around the field.

Hello!

No, there's no indication of any invalid field entry, just the error message.

I have now installed the mentioned template in my web site and I'll send you (info@joomla51.com) the temporary administration access so that you can check yourself the issue with that template.

Regards,

Thank you

Clearing the image from the Body/Header Styling -> Header Background Image has allowed us to save your template configuration.
