Hi there,

We love using your designs. While I know how manually configure a 404 page, wonder if future implementations could already have one nicely incorporated and styled? Or is there one and I'm missing how to configure it?

Thank you!

Hi Steph

Thank you for your post and for bringing this to our attention.

Sorry to say at present we do not have a custom 404 page with our templates. This is something we should and certainly intend to implement within our templates shortly.

Hi Ciarán
Wondering if this has ever been implemented with newer templates? I don't see anything on it...
Thanks!

Hello

Yes on more recent template releases, 404 page is included. We are gradually updating our older templates to also include a 404 page.

I searched around and couldn't find anything about this in your documentation or features, etc. Where can I see documentation on how to use this?
Thanks!

Hi Karen

The 404 page should load automatically if a URL is loaded that does not exist. For example... https://joomla51.com/demo/0158/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=yy&Itemid=xx

Oh, I see. Yes I have seen this page come up. I wanted a custom one so it would look like a page in my site explaining why they don't see the page they were looking for and redirecting them to a new page.
I made a new article for the 404 error and modified the error.php file in the template. It now displays how I want, but was wondering if you had an easier way already integrated (where I could modify the page) for future sites.
Thanks!
