Installing Zip-files to Joomla

I get an error message when I try to download a page template.
With other providers, I have always downloaded the ZIP file to my PC and dragged them into Joomla from there.
When I do the same here, I get a message that the installation file is missing.

Am I doing something wrong, or am I overlooking something?

I just paid my club membership. Could it be that I have not registered correctly?
