in layla you can't hide components/articles

hi joomla51,

we can't hide the component/articles in layla. you can set the button in the template backend to yes, but it doesn't work in the frontend. the component/article are still there. do you have an idea?

and the pictures in the news-model looks in responsive design very busy. if you makre the size off the browser smaller the pictures bruised and kept their height.

Same here: "Can't hide the component/articles in layla". It doesn´t work in template settings.

In CSS .maincontent {display: none;} works.
