ImageSlideShow(mod_briaskISS) doesn't show images

Hi

I am new in this community. The point is I bought a template ultralite and i got problems with the module ImageSlideShow (mod_briaskISS), because it doesn't show images up. I uploaded to the FTP a file(surf) the images:

../templates/J51_ultralite/images/surf

but the images of the file "surf" don't show up.

Please, can anyone help me.

No actually.. if you have a link to your site with an example of your slideshow we can see what may be the reason why your images are not showing.

Yes thats it but was unfortunately able to source the cause of the issue.

May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further.

I sent you the access. But please, explain me when you finish what was the problem in order to learn a little bit more about it, 'cause i am "en pañales" (still in my infancy) concerning the Joomla.

Thank you for the access.

The issue was partially our own fault for been unclear on our install guide. A number of the fields are strictly numerical. For example where you had 4000 (change to own taste) it should have been simply 4000.
